Chinmay mission Toronto presents:

Hinduism, Health & Happiness: a three week mini-series in honour of Hindu Heritage Month

For three Saturdays, 10am - 1130a EST (November 20, 27 and December 4th, 2021

Each session includes:

B. An Ayurveda session and Q&A with Vaidya Trupti Gaikwad (CWO Santhigram Wellness) How to Winterize yourself with Ayurveda?

Winter is the season to enhance the immune system, and support and nurture your body. Let’s learn about how Ayurveda can help us to maintain health, harmony, and balance this winter.
